    OPTIONAL BEVERAGE PAIRING

    For only $33 more per person, provide your team with a beverage kit to pair with their tapas. Drinks are non-alcoholic and designed so your team can act as their own mixologist. (Read more about Mocktails here.)

    YOUR LOGO & CUSTOM NOTE

    Add your logo to the box for only $11 each. Please choose whether you want your logo on the box. 

    If so, your logo should be 10"x 4" in horizontal orientation or 10"x10" Square. For printing, it needs to be the highest resolution possible and be a Vector File. You may upload it here, or you can email it to us afterwards. However, it must be received 17 days before your event. 

    These kits are shipped with your custom note, included in the price. Please provide verbiage/design to us 15 days before the event to ensure your note is included.

    EVENT DATE

    Please enter your event date on the calendar, bearing in mind the lead times.

    See Production Timeline image for full lead times and to ensure your kits arrive by your desired date. Generally, 19 days. 

    Please review the timeline in detail, as this details deliverables, cut offs and when late fees start based on the date of your event. Our delivery is always the day before your event, as we try to factor in potential shipping delays.  Deliverables in this timeline are based on your event date, so please update us if the date shifts. Late fees begin when timeline expresses, related to address collection, final guest count and changes. Charges range between $10-$50 per instance.

     

    Note: Events (delivery) in December or January must be booked before the end of October. Please email us before check-out to confirm availability for the end-of-year season. 

    ADDRESSES

    You may upload a CSV of the addresses now if you have them. If not, you may email them to us at least 14 days before the event date. 

    Addresses should have this format.

    SHIPPING

    Tapas Grazing Box will be shipped via ground shipping or hand delivered locally in the SF Bay Area.

    Price includes shipping, delivery, and taxes.

    FINEPRINT 

    • We do not offer customizations or dietary accommodations. 
    • Box will be white or kraft cardboard, not black as shown in the pictures. 
    • For any kits lost in delivery or taken by porch pirates, we'll cover the replacement product and 50% of the shipping cost. Shipping can be expedited at your expense.
